Hydraulic Filters
Hydraulic Filters are filters that operate self-cleaning using a hydraulic drive. The filter consists of a steel exterior, stainless steel screen and a controller.
Hydraulic filters are used as the main filter for water filtration with little to much pollution. The water can come from rainwater basins, drainage water, recycling water, but also surface water with pollution to 50 ppm.
The hydraulic filters are cleaned by means of a fitted shaft with suction nozzles attached thereto. This shaft is powered by a hydraulic motor and a hydraulic piston. The additional advantage is that no power connection is necessary for the operation of the filter. This filter comes with a filter controller, which automatically starts cleaning at the set pressure differential.
The Hydraulic Filters are available in right-angled versions between 2'' and 8 '' in 100, 130 and 200 micron versions. The right-angled hydraulic filters can handle between 15 and 500 m³/h. The parallel version is available from 3'' to 20'' with 100, 130 and 200 micron screens. The parallel hydraulic filters can process between 25 and 1600 m³/h. For both filter versions there is a choice between a PVC inner filter element with stainless steel screen or a complete stainless steel inner filter element in a sintered/multi-layer design.
